Welcome to Crown and Premium Paving LLC, where excellence meets asphalt! I’m Aileen B. Bartolo, the Owner and CEO. In 2018, armed with a passion for paving, I embarked on this journey solo. My first client, Carla Lewis, not only appreciated my work on her driveway sealcoating but became a catalyst for referrals.
Word spread about the beauty of our driveways and parking lots. When asked why, I credited the quality materials we use. My expertise in asphalt and paving sealcoating was honed alongside my brother-in-law, but a thirst for deeper knowledge led me to a stint at a major construction company. The experience was invaluable, and soon, referrals poured in, paving the way for Crown and Premium Paving’s growth.
My journey wasn’t always asphalt-bound; I started in the medical field. However, my childhood love for construction, shaped by playing with gravels during our house construction, beckoned. Even accidents couldn’t deter me – a nail in my leg and a 15-foot fall from a dump truck only fueled my passion. Construction is not just a job; it’s my lifelong passion, and I bring that dedication to every project we undertake.
